Applications for the Conservation Food & Health Foundation Grants | Deadline: 01.01.2017

 

The Conservation, Food & Health Foundation intends to financially support health projects to be implemented by NGOs, non-profit organizations, civil society associations and universities in developing countries, particularly in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

The projects should focus on prevention, health promotion and family planning, in order to fund research, technical assistance and training actions to improve public health in those countries.

Projects that test new solutions, have measurable and ambitious results, respond to regional or interregional challenges, strengthen partnerships and networks, increase local leadership, build scientific and technical capacity, influence public debate and propose a preventive rather than curative approach will be preferred.

The funding allocated to each project is, on average, US $ 20,000, which may not correspond to more than 25% of the annual budget of the candidate entities, notwithstanding other amounts if duly justified.

We highlight that only one candidature per entity will be attended annually and that the deadline for the submission of applications ends on January 1, 2017.
